Terms and Conditions

​Eligibility:

1. Participants must be at least 10 years old and no older than [maximum age] to join the hike.

2. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Travelers should possess a high level of physical fitness.

Health and Safety:

1. Participants should be in good health and physically fit for the hike.

2. It is the responsibility of each participant to disclose any medical conditions, including heart problems, back issues, or other serious medical conditions, and any allergies prior to the hike.

3. This experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers. Individuals with heart problems or other serious medical conditions should refrain from participating. Travelers with back problems are also advised against joining the hike.

Weather Conditions:

1. This experience is weather-dependent. Hikes may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

2. If canceled due to poor weather, participants will be offered a different date or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations must be made at least [X days] in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

Liability Waiver:

1. Participants acknowledge that hiking involves inherent risks and agree to release and hold harmless the company from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the hike.

Transportation:

1. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the trailhead. The company is not liable for any transportation-related issues.

Equipment:​

1. The company may take photos during the hike for promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be photographed, they should inform the guide before the hike.

Behavior:

1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The company reserves the right to remove any individual who is disruptive or does not comply with safety guidelines.

Confirmation:

1. Confirmation will be provided at the time of booking, along with a Google Maps link to the trail location.

Changes to Terms:

1. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
